Yes. Share your headcount and programme and we plan the vehicles, pick-up waves and an on-site coordinator.
Which coaches do you use for 50 passengers?
A Mercedes-Benz Tourismo, Volvo 9700 or a similar 50-seat luxury coach, with reclining seats, seat belts, air-conditioning and deep luggage holds. We confirm the model on your quote where possible.
Is a 50-seater too big for some venues?
Sometimes. Some palace hotels, villa communities and older streets cannot take a full-size coach. We check access before quoting and, where needed, pair the coach with a 30-seater mini coach for the final approach.
Can a 50-seater take our group from Abu Dhabi to Dubai for the day?
Yes. A return day trip to Dubai with waiting time is quoted in writing, including the Darb and Salik tolls on the way. The drive is around an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half each way.
How many suitcases fit on a 50-seat coach?
Around fifty medium suitcases in the under-floor holds — one per passenger — which makes it the right vehicle for a full group arriving at or leaving from Zayed International.
Can the 50-seater be booked for staff transport?
Yes. For project teams at Masdar City, KIZAD or Khalifa Port, or crew changes in Ruwais, we quote regular staff movements as a schedule, with one monthly invoice for the account.
