Bus rental in Abu Dhabi works best when the vehicle fits the group, rather than the other way round. Every bus and coach we supply comes with a professional driver, fuel and a written quote — there is no self-drive option and nothing to collect from a depot. Choose by the number of passengers and how much luggage they carry:
- Mercedes Sprinter — up to 16 guests, standing headroom and reclining leather seats
- 30-seater mini coach — a Toyota Coaster or similar that still fits hotel driveways and villa streets
- 35-seater coach — full-size comfort with under-floor luggage holds and a PA system
- 50-seater coach — one timetable for the whole group, with deep holds for luggage
For larger numbers we combine vehicles, so a hundred and twenty wedding guests might travel in two coaches and a mini coach, each dropped as close to the entrance as the venue allows.
How bus rental with a driver is booked
Most bookings take one of four shapes: a one-way transfer, a return with waiting time, a half day of around five hours, or a full day of around ten. Multi-day programmes — a conference week, a wedding weekend, a term’s worth of school trips — are quoted as one schedule.
Each quote lists the hours included, any waiting time and the rate for extra hours, so the group leader knows the total before confirming. Darb toll gates and airport parking are included, and changes are free up to 24 hours before pick-up.

Getting the details right
A coach is only as good as the plan around it. Before quoting, we check where the bus can actually stop: some hotel entrances are too tight for a full-size coach, and some villa communities and farm estates are better served by a mini coach. We ask about luggage, sports kit and equipment so the holds are not a surprise, and about any guests who need help with steps so the right vehicle is chosen.
Drivers are briefed on the route, the timings and the group leader’s name before the day. For guided tours, the 35- and 50-seat coaches have a PA system, and a microphone can be arranged in the mini coach on request. Our mini coaches and full-size coaches have a seat belt at every seat.
Larger programmes and events
For events with several coaches, we plan pick-up waves, stagger departures so the entrance never jams and place an on-site coordinator with the vehicles. VIPs and speakers can travel separately in a sedan or V-Class on the same booking. You have one contact, one timetable and one invoice, however many vehicles are on the road.
In the October to April season — weddings, exhibitions, school trips and tour groups all at once — coaches are in demand across the city, so book early for fixed dates.
Beyond the city
Bus rental is not limited to Abu Dhabi island. We take groups to Al Ain for the day, to the Western Region for site visits and resort stays, and to Dubai and the northern Emirates. Intercity journeys are quoted with the distance, the Darb and Salik tolls on the way and any waiting time included, so the price is one fixed figure.

Is a driver always included with bus rental?
Yes. Every bus and coach we provide is driven by one of our professional drivers; we do not rent vehicles for self-drive. Fuel, Darb tolls and airport parking are included in the written quote, along with the waiting time agreed for your trip, so the group leader has one fixed figure.
Can we rent a bus in Abu Dhabi for just a few hours?
Yes. Short bookings are quoted as a one-way transfer, a return with waiting time or a half day of around five hours, depending on your plan. The quote shows exactly which hours are included and the rate for any extra time, so you can decide in advance whether a longer booking makes sense.
Do your coaches have seat belts?
Our mini coaches and full-size coaches have a seat belt at every seat. If your school, company or event policy requires written confirmation, tell us when you book and we include the vehicle details in writing with your confirmation, ready to attach to a risk assessment.
Can one bus collect guests from several places?
Yes. Add each pick-up point to the booking notes and we plan the order so the first guests on board are not left sitting for long. For large groups spread across the city, separate vehicles meeting at the venue are often quicker than one long collection run, and we will suggest that if it suits.
Can we hire a coach for several days in a row?
Yes. Conference weeks, wedding weekends and touring programmes are quoted as one schedule, with each day’s hours, waiting time and the rate for extra time set out in writing. Wherever possible we keep the same driver for the whole programme, so your group leader deals with one familiar face.
Can we use a microphone for a guide or host?
Yes. The 35-seater and 50-seater coaches have a PA system, and a microphone can be arranged in the 30-seater mini coach on request. Let us know in the booking notes so it is set up and tested before the group boards, rather than on the move.
Can the bus take our group to Dubai or Al Ain?
