About weddings & vip.
Can guest coaches shuttle between several hotels and the venue?
Yes. We plan guest shuttles from each hotel to the ballroom, palace venue or private estate, with timings matched to your running order and return loops through the evening. Larger weddings use a mix of coaches and mini coaches.
Does the chauffeur rehearse the bridal arrival?
Yes. Your Rolls-Royce chauffeur rehearses the approach, the stopping point and the door-opening with your planner before the day, so the arrival looks effortless in photographs and on film.
Can you provide transport for separate men’s and ladies’ receptions?
Yes. We plan separate vehicle groups for each reception and can arrange female chauffeurs and hostesses for the ladies’ reception on request, subject to availability.
Can you work directly with our wedding planner?
Yes, and we recommend it. Planners share the running order, guest numbers and venue access details with us directly, and we confirm the transport plan back to them in writing.
Can the convoy include cars for the families?
Yes. A typical wedding convoy combines the bridal Rolls-Royce, SUVs or sedans for close family and coaches for guests, all on one quote and one timetable.
