Yas Island group transport from anywhere in Abu Dhabi

Yas Island packs theme parks, a concert arena, a Formula One circuit, golf and waterfront dining into a few square kilometres — and most of it is best enjoyed with friends, family or colleagues. Our Yas Island group transport takes everyone together, from a family of seven in a V-Class to a hundred guests in coaches, and brings them all home at the end.

We collect from anywhere in Abu Dhabi: the Corniche, Al Maryah and Al Reem Islands, Saadiyat, Khalifa City and Mohammed Bin Zayed City — and from Al Ain for a longer day out. From the Corniche, Yas is usually around thirty minutes away.

Theme park days

Yas Island is home to Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld and SeaWorld Yas Island. A park day is long, so most groups book either a full day with the vehicle waiting, or two transfers — one in the morning and one at closing time. Drop-off is at the coach and car areas each park designates, and your driver agrees the pick-up point with the group leader before everyone goes in.

Park tickets are not included; book them directly with the parks.

Concerts and shows at Etihad Arena

Etihad Arena sits on the Yas Bay waterfront. Arrivals spread out over an hour or more, but departures happen all at once, and the roads around the bay fill quickly. We agree a pick-up point a short walk from the main exit, where the vehicle can wait without being moved on, and the driver holds until your group is complete. Expect the first few minutes of the drive home to be slow; after that, the roads clear quickly.

Race weekend and circuit events

The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend at Yas Marina Circuit is the island’s busiest few days of the year. Roads close at set times, drop-off zones are controlled and some lanes are open only to vehicles with passes. We plan your group’s movements around the traffic arrangements published for that year, book early and confirm timings with you well before the weekend.

Other circuit events — track days, community cycling and running evenings, smaller race meetings — are simpler, but we apply the same planning so your group is never left looking for its vehicle.

Planning around the heat

From May to September, Yas Island’s outdoor attractions are best early or late in the day, and the walk from a car park to a park entrance can feel long at midday. With a vehicle waiting, you can move between the indoor parks, Yas Mall and lunch without crossing hot car parks, and head back to the hotel for a break before an evening at Yas Bay. In the cooler months, the waterfront promenades at Yas Bay and Yas Marina are lovely on foot, and your driver collects you at the other end.

Corporate days out and team events

Companies use Yas for team days, client entertainment and incentive groups: a morning at a theme park, lunch at Yas Bay, an afternoon at Yas Links or an evening at the arena. We move the team between each part of the day and can split the group if some guests leave early, with a sedan on standby for anyone who needs to go back to the office.

Families, birthdays and celebrations

Birthday parties, family reunions and visiting relatives often end up on Yas. A V-Class keeps three generations together with car seats fitted for the children, and the vehicle waits while you move between the parks, the mall and dinner. For larger family groups, a Sprinter or mini coach means nobody drives and everyone arrives at the same time.
