Met in the arrivals hall at Zayed International and driven straight to your Dubai hotel, home or office — one fixed price, tolls included.

Our Abu Dhabi airport to Dubai transfer starts before you land. Share your flight number when you book and we track it, so your chauffeur adjusts to an early or late arrival without you sending a message from the aircraft. Zayed International handles every passenger flight at Terminal A, which keeps things simple: there is one arrivals hall, and that is where your chauffeur waits with a name board once you have cleared immigration, collected your bags and passed through customs.
From there it is a short walk to the car, help with the luggage, chilled water on board and a quiet drive of around an hour and a quarter to the southern half of Dubai. You are met in person, the price was fixed when you confirmed, and nobody has to negotiate at a taxi rank after a long flight.
There are two main highways between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The coastal E11 runs past Ghantoot and becomes Sheikh Zayed Road at the Dubai border — the natural line for Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barsha and Downtown. The inland E311 suits the northern and eastern districts and is often the calmer choice at busy times. Your chauffeur picks the road according to the hour, the live traffic and your exact address.
Since May 2026 a Darb toll gate at Ghantoot on the E11 charges around the clock, and Dubai’s own Salik gates sit along Sheikh Zayed Road. Whichever way you travel, both are already in your fixed quote. Our guide to Darb tolls explains how the two systems differ.
Times below are from Terminal A in normal traffic. Weekday mornings into Dubai and late afternoons along Sheikh Zayed Road can add twenty minutes or more, so we plan connections with a realistic margin.
One to three travellers with normal luggage are comfortable in the luxury sedan. Families of up to six, or anyone carrying golf bags and pushchairs, usually prefer the luxury SUV. The Mercedes V-Class seats seven with room for six medium suitcases, and the Sprinter takes up to sixteen guests — the usual choice for a wedding party or a project team arriving together.
Larger groups can travel by mini coach or full coach, with a member of our team meeting everyone in the arrivals hall and walking the group to the vehicle. The booking form suggests the best fit as you enter guests and bags, and we confirm it in writing.
Many long-haul flights land at Zayed International in the small hours. We cover those arrivals too, and the car is cool when you reach it. Child seats are available on request — tell us the children’s ages when booking so the right seats are fitted before pick-up.
If you would like to break the journey, we can add a stop at a Yas Island hotel to drop a colleague, or a detour to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque before heading north. Visitors need an entry ticket booked online in advance and modest dress; our Grand Mosque guide covers both. Stops are quoted upfront, so the price you confirm is the price you pay.
Every Abu Dhabi airport to Dubai transfer is quoted in writing before you commit. The quote covers the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, airport parking, Darb and Salik tolls and the waiting time shown on it. If you need extra waiting or an additional stop, the rate is written on the quote too.
Changes are free up to 24 hours before pick-up, and nothing is charged until you confirm. To start, open the booking page — it takes about a minute — or read more about our Zayed International airport transfers.

Around an hour and a quarter to Dubai Marina, JBR or Palm Jumeirah, and around an hour and a half to Downtown, DIFC or Business Bay in normal traffic. Weekday mornings into Dubai and late afternoons on Sheikh Zayed Road can add twenty minutes or more, so we build a realistic allowance into any connection or meeting you need to make.
Yes. The Darb gate at Ghantoot on the E11 has charged around the clock since May 2026, and Dubai’s Salik gates apply once you are on Sheikh Zayed Road. Both are already in your fixed written quote, so you never settle tolls with the chauffeur and you will not see them added to the price afterwards.
Yes. Your chauffeur stays in the public arrivals hall until you come through, however long passport control or baggage reclaim takes on the day. The waiting time included is written on your quote, and any extra waiting is charged at the rate shown there, so you know the figure before you confirm.
Yes. Book it at the same time or later on the booking page, with your flight number and the Dubai address. We suggest a pick-up time that allows for the drive, the traffic at that hour and your airline’s recommended check-in time, and the price is fixed in writing exactly like the outward journey.
Yes. Add each stop to the booking notes and we include it in your quote — for example, dropping a colleague in Dubai Internet City before continuing to Downtown. The price you confirm already accounts for the extra stop and the time it adds, so there is nothing to settle with the chauffeur at the end.
Four adults with four large cases will be cramped in a sedan. The luxury SUV takes up to six guests and five medium suitcases, and the Mercedes V-Class seven guests and six. If you are also carrying golf bags, a pushchair or plenty of hand luggage, the V-Class is the safer choice for a comfortable drive.

Three quick steps, and a fixed quote lands in your inbox.
