Hotel-to-hall shuttle loops, exhibitor transfers and VIP cars for shows and conferences at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi — one plan, one team, one invoice.

ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi hosts many of the region’s largest exhibitions and conferences — energy, defence, books, sustainability, and hunting and equestrian shows among them. A handful of hotels sit beside the halls, but most exhibitors and delegates stay across the city: on the Corniche, Al Maryah and Al Reem Islands, Saadiyat and Yas. Even a short trip across the island can take far longer in show traffic, so ADNEC exhibition shuttle buses and well-planned cars, on a timetable that allows for it, are what turn those scattered hotels into one working team.
We plan transport for organisers, exhibitors, sponsors and delegations, from a single car for a keynote speaker to shuttle loops running all week.
A shuttle loop starts with your hotel list, the headcount at each and the show hours. From that we build a timetable: a strong morning wave so stands are staffed before the doors open, a lighter loop through the middle of the day, and evening returns staggered to match the end of the sessions and any receptions or dinners.
On larger programmes an on-site coordinator stays with the vehicles, watches the queues and moves capacity to where it is needed. The timetable is shared with you before the show, ready for lobby notices and delegate emails.
Build-up and breakdown days start early and finish late. We provide vans and minibuses for stand crews moving between hotels, the halls and suppliers in Mussafah or ICAD, with timings that follow the contractor schedule rather than office hours. Tell us about any tools or display materials so we confirm luggage space before the first morning.
Speakers and VIPs are met at Zayed International, driven to their hotel and collected for their session with time to spare. Name boards can show the event or company name, so speakers recognise their driver at once. For official visitors, our chauffeurs are briefed on protocol and dress appropriately for government and royal-court occasions. See delegation transport for how we organise convoys and running orders.
During the biggest shows, the venue and the organiser publish traffic plans: designated drop-off points, park-and-ride sites and, sometimes, accreditation for vehicles entering restricted lanes. Share the organiser’s transport guide with us and we register vehicles and drivers where it is required, then brief each driver on the correct entrance for your hall. That small piece of admin saves a great deal of walking on the day.
Exhibitions rarely end at the hall doors. Stand parties, client dinners on Saadiyat or at Yas Bay, gala evenings at palace hotels and the airport runs either side of the show all need the same planning. We add them to the same programme, so the drivers already know your team and your coordinator has one picture of the week. Guests arriving early or staying on can be booked onto airport transfers under the same account.
Large programmes tend to follow the same rhythm:
You receive a written quote that procurement can approve, a named contact for the whole programme and a single monthly invoice, broken down by event or cost centre on request. Book early for the largest exhibitions — coach capacity across the city is stretched in show weeks. See our corporate and ADNEC services, or request a quote with your hotel list and dates in the notes.

Cars for speakers, coaches for the hotel blocks.

Composed, quiet and right for every official appointment.

Seven seats, conference layout, luggage for all.

Sixteen seats with executive comfort.

Full-size comfort in a shorter, nimbler coach.

Fifty guests, one coach, one timetable.
As soon as your dates and hotel blocks are confirmed. During the largest exhibitions, coach capacity across Abu Dhabi is heavily booked, and early planning gives you the widest choice of vehicles and timings. Smaller programmes, such as a single speaker or one hotel loop, can often be arranged at shorter notice.
Yes. We group nearby hotels into a single loop — for example, the Corniche hotels together and the Al Maryah and Al Reem Island hotels together — and run larger vehicles from the biggest hotel blocks straight to the halls. The timetable is shared with you before the show so delegates know when to be in the lobby.
On larger programmes, yes: an on-site coordinator stays with the vehicles, monitors the queues and moves capacity to where it is needed. For smaller shuttles, each driver is briefed on the timetable, the hotel stops and the correct entrance for your hall before the first morning.
Yes. Attendance rarely matches the forecast exactly, so we review the first day and adjust frequencies or vehicle sizes from day two. Any change that affects hours or vehicles is confirmed with you in writing before it takes effect, so the budget never moves without your agreement.
Yes. We provide vans and minibuses for stand crews from early morning until late in the evening, following the contractor schedule rather than office hours. Tell us about tools, graphics and display materials so we confirm there is room for everything on the first run.
No. We plan transport for conferences and events at hotels on Saadiyat, Yas and the Corniche, concerts at Etihad Arena and company events across the emirate. The same approach — timetable, vehicles, coordinator and one invoice — applies wherever the event takes place.
