About airport transfers.
Do you also collect from Dubai airports?
Yes. We collect guests from DXB and DWC and drive them straight to their hotel or home in Abu Dhabi.
Can you meet a passenger on a stopover who wants to leave the airport?
Yes, provided they are allowed to enter the UAE on their passport — check the entry rules for your nationality first. Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall after immigration and can take you to a hotel or on a short city tour before returning you for your onward flight.
How do I give you my flight details?
Enter the flight number and date on the booking page; the scheduled time is enough, because we track the flight from there. Add the name for the board and any special luggage in the notes.
Do you provide departure transfers to Zayed International?
Yes. We collect from any address in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain or the Western Region and drop you at the Terminal A departures kerb. We suggest a pick-up time that allows for your airline’s recommended check-in time and the traffic at that hour.
Can one booking cover guests landing on several flights?
Yes. Share the list of flights and passengers, and we assign vehicles to each arrival under one booking and one quote. For conferences and weddings, a coordinator can meet guests in the arrivals hall.
What happens if my flight is diverted?
If your flight lands at another airport, email us as soon as you can. We re-plan the collection — from Dubai or Al Ain, for example — and confirm any change to the price in writing before the chauffeur sets off.
